Code of Conduct
At Sankalp Group of Institutions, we take our commitment to our students very seriously. We strive to provide high-quality education and resources to help our students achieve their career goals. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require students, parents, teaching or Non-teaching staff to follow Code of Conduct.
- Respect everyone’s work, role, personality & individual contribution towards Sankalp Group of Institutions vision
- DO NOT Discriminate any student/staff on the ground of caste, creed, language, religion, place of origin
- Enter into any monetary transactions with any student or parent by any means
- Accept any gift from any Parent with whom he has come into contact
- Students to follow Anti Bullying policy otherwise strict action will be taken
- Behave or encourage or incite any student, teacher or other employee to behave, in a rowdy or disorderly manner in the institute premises
- Be guilty of, or encourage violence or spread any false accusation of any student or co-worker or spread false and damaging information about any student or staff or department or management or the school per se, or any conduct which involves moral turpitude
- Be guilty of misbehavior or misconduct or sexual harassment towards any parent, student, teacher or other staff members
- Be guilty of spreading rumours of any kind or accusing the institute authorities that may damage the integrity of the Sankalp Group of Institutions
- Teaching, Non-teaching staff or Parents should not form any kind of union or groupism which impact student academic growth or accusing the Institute authorities that may damage the integrity of the Sankalp Group of Institutions
- Personal laptops and pen drives will not be allowed in school & Use of electronic equipment is prohibited during the school hours
- Staff or Parents should not pass or message indecent, hurting & derogatory comments
- All staff members & Parents should treat all students with compassion and discipline
- Dress Code – Clean, Modest, decent sober colours, Not allowed – Flashy, Casual or Party wear
- Everyone should maintain decorum of purpose of regular parent teacher’s meetings
- A confidential record is maintained by the Institute for every employee & students – disciplinary action will be taken anyone do not abide rules
